Let's face it, miracle diets or quick fixes don't work! As a dietitian, I encourage my clients to build a lifestyle that allows them to listen to their bodies, without any restrictions or "forbidden foods". I believe that developing a stable, healthy relationship with food is key to fostering positive food choices and improving overall mental and physical health.
I work closely with my clients to develop a positive mindset that focuses on living a healthy lifestyle through both nutrition and exercise. My program is all about creating healthy habits, not imposing unnecessary restrictions. Small steps count the most towards your bigger goal, and I work closely with clients to develop an understanding of their current habits, and collaborate with them to develop an action plan each step of the way. Each individual is unique, so we work together to develop their own personalized steps to find that stronger, healthier, more confident versions of themselves!
